Home Design
We are dedicated to ensuring that the design of your home caters
to you, your family, and your lifestyle. We have a complete portfolio
of floor plans, designs, and elevations that can be modified
to meet your specific requirements. Computer aided drafting allows
for precision customization of your floor plan design. If you
have found a custom plan, simply bring it to us. Elite Custom
Home Builders and Ritz-Craft will work together to accommodate

Commitment to Quality
Elite Custom Home Builders and Ritz-Craft strive to deliver the
highest level of quality in our product. Our homes are constructed
in a climate controlled environment using state of the art engineering
and assembly line techniques. We use brand name materials and
components and build to the same state and local code requirements
as any site builder.
We have integrated hundreds of quality checks into our construction
process, verifying the form, fit, function and code compliance
of the materials, structure, components, and systems in your
home. State, county, and independent third party inspectors carefully
inspect every home we build. And we inspect each home upon delivery
and again after it has been set. We’ll then walk through
the home with you on four separate occasions. Our
proactive position relative to quality is designed to make sure

Environment
In as much as we strive in our commitment to quality, we are
committed to a healthy environment as well. During the manufacturing
process, we reuse a large portion of the lumber, OSB, and wallboard
that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Additionally items
such as cardboard, electrical wire, pallets, plastics, and vinyl
siding are collected and sent to reclamation facilities for recycling.
We will work hard to minimize our environmental impact on your
build site. And if you have an interest in alternate energy strategies,
sustainable / green building construction, or the North Carolina
Healthy Built Homes Program, we would be happy to talk you about

Inflation Risk Management
Our pricing system allows us to offer price protection from inflationary
pressures. That is — when the design, scope, and price
of your home have been finalized, and you have signed an agreement
with
us, the price of your home will not change due to material price
inflation. This feature is an important benefit that we can offer
to our customers. Let’s say that you enter into a contract
with a stick builder on a Friday afternoon. On the following
Monday, you learn that
the price of lumber has increased in price by 10%. Hold on to
your wallet! That builder will very likely come back to you asking

protection from the material price risk that typically plagues
