From the Charlotte area and points west of Rockingham

• Travel East on Highway 74.
• Approaching Rockingham, fork right onto Highway 74 Business.
• Take a left onto U. S. #1 north (not Highway 220).
• From this point, you are 5.2 miles from our model center.
• Follow U. S. #1 north through downtown Rockingham.
• Continue on U. S. #1 North out of town.
• We are located on the right side of U. S. #1.

From the Laurinburg area and points east of Rockingham

• Travel West on Highway 74.
• Approaching Hamlet, remain on Highway 74.
  (Do not exit onto Highway 74 Business, Hamlet)
• You will pass the Ritz-Craft plant on your right.
  Continue on Highway 74.
• At exit #311, take a right onto U. S. #1 north.
• From this turn, you are 7 miles from our model center.
• Follow U. S. #1 north across Highway 74 Business and through downtown Rockingham.
• Continue on U. S. #1 North out of town.
• We are located on the right side of U. S. #1.

From the Southern Pines area and points north of Rockingham

• Travel South on U. S. #1.
• We are located 4.4 miles south of North Carolina Speedway.
• We are located on the left side of U. S. #1.
  

From the Cheraw area and points south of Rockingham

• Travel north on U. S. #1.
• At the intersection of U. S. #1 north and Highway 74 business, you are 5.2 miles away from our model center.
• Follow U. S. #1 North through downtown Rockingham.
• Continue on U. S. #1 North out of town.

From points West of Monroe

• Take 74 East (Roosevelt Blvd) toward Monroe.
• Just East of Rolling Hills Country Club, turn right at the light onto Williams Rd.
• Our office is on the right side.
  

From points East of Monroe

• Take 74 West (Roosevelt Blvd) toward Monroe. 
• Near the Lowes/Walmart shopping centers, turn left at the light onto Williams Rd.
• Our office is on the right side.
  

From South of Monroe

• Take 200 (Lancaster Ave) or 207 North into Monroe.
• If on 200 North, take a slight right on W Houston Street, then turn Left onto S Hayne St/Skyway Drive. 
• If on 207, continue straight until 207 is marked as S Hayne St/Skyway Drive.
• Follow Skyway Dr through Monroe and take the exit to 74 Westbound.
• Follow 74 West.
• Near the Lowes/Walmart shopping centers, turn left at the light onto Williams.

• Take 200 South (Morgan Mill Rd) or 601 South (Concord Highway) to 74 (Independence Blvd).
